I have coturnix quail and button quail. I really, really want to get some grey peacock pheasants, but they are very expensive, and I do not have a place that will stay warm enough for them year round yet. I've been toying with the idea of pheasants. They are just so pretty. I could probably get away with some cold hardy types in the greenhouse, but I'm still thinking about it.

How much do pheasants cost? would pheasant hatching eggs be cheaper?

Yeah, I raise pheasants and quail....lots of them!

Different species cost different prices, some are extremely expensive others not so much.
Eggs are not cheap either, plus, pheasant eggs do not ship well at all.

There is a place in Redmond Oregon that sells them?I looked just for curiosity’s sake

I have around 10 button quail. Definitely need more females though since I have way too many males
