Share pics of your goats!!!

We had to we had the calf in the back seat and the chickens in the front

Yes, just stuff animals in the trunk. An unsecured animal would never become disoriented flailing around in there and injure themselves in such an environment [/obvious sarcasm].

You didn't have to, you chose to. Was there something wrong with taking two trips? Is there something wrong with responsible transporting? If someone came to pick up goats from place and were planning on shoving them in the trunk of their car, I'd hand them their money back and say gtfo. Too many things that can go wrong, not worth the risk.

Next time it might be a good idea to make a couple trips. That many animals in a car is asking for trouble, especially when you have to stow animals in the trunk where you can't see them.

Lol I was totally kidding. But the trunk is no different than a horse trailer just darker.
I sincerely hope you were kidding, but your defence of the car trunk makes me think not.

I've had a man come to buy a goat and he fully intended to put her in his trunk. I gave him his money back and had to get a farm hand to escort him off the property. He kept yelling at me 'you care more about an animals feelings than a humans?' I said "buddy, you ain't human!"

These are my goats. I was at the sale barn buying my newest goat and saw a sign saying.. No one was allowed to leave with an animal if they intended on hauling it in the trunk of their car. Now I realise they were serious and people actually do this.
