What do you think? The middle ones are the ones that weren't as neat as the others (the yolk was off the side more, they had a few dents/chips in the whites part of it, etc.) And the more perfect ones are around the side.

Thanks! My step-father tried one and agreed that they did have a tasty, spicy kick to them, but not too much. I'm not a big fan of spicy stuff, but these are perfect because they have just enough spicy flavor but not too much that your tongue will sting really bad.
So I think everyone will like them and I can't wait to find out!
UPDATE: Everyone liked the deviled eggs! They were a little hesitant at first because they were the only deviled eggs there (everyone else brought cookies, cupcakes, brownies, etc...) But then when people started trying them they thought they were good.
Just about anytime deviled eggs are taken to a pot luck, there are NO leftovers! Even when all the other offerings are sweets! LOL! When I'm making just for me, I made egg salad instead. Pile it on some toasted homemade bread....YUM! Good even for breakfast. My egg salad has the same basic ingredients as deviled eggs: mayo, mustard, salt, pepper, pickle relish - just add to the chopped up hard boiled eggs and mix well.
