If you will notice in the pic below, I mark the ends of the cartons with an 0 and a X. Three times daily I remove the carton, spin it around and prop it back on the sidewall. This reorientates the eggs the opposite way.

One other tip: you ought to turn eggs an odd number of times each day. The reason is that the time between turns will generally not be evenly spaced (maybe they go longer without being turned while you are sleeping or at work) and by turning an odd number of times you will make sure that they aren't always oriented the same way for the longest stretch.
