sharing a run

My new chicks are going to be sharing the run with my adult girls.They are going to have their own coop but have to be in the same run. Is this going to be a problem? The chick are 4 weeks now and are almost ready to go out full time. As small as they are I'm afraid the big girls will hurt them. Any help out there would be of help.

The big hens will probably hurt them. Is there any way that you can divide the run into two sections until they get larger?

I WOULD NOT keep them in the same run mine tried to kill my little ones

The run is very small. it's 8x8 feet with three adults and three chicks.How long do'es it take for chicks to reach full size ?
