The girls started laying about 2 1/2 weeks ago. The last few days I've gotten 8 eggs from 12 hens. There are 3 large nest boxes that I built. They measure 30" wide x 20" tall x 12" deep. I hung two on one wall at the darker end of the coop and one under the window by the roost. The box under the window is the favorite. I know they are trying out the other boxes because there are 2 small nest spaces in each, including the one they prefer. They are all laying in the right side of the same nest box.....could this be a problem? Thanks

shouldn't be a problem unless you plan to let one of them go broody, the eggs may get knocked out and unless you mark and collect the newer eggs the others may get pushed out if the nest begins to get to full.. but other than that, most will find they all want the same nest lol
