Shark Meat-- Eat or Toss?

the people that process sharks know what they are doing. Shark meat is very tasty, cooked properly with the right type of vegies and a nice bottle of wine.

The green one has been exposed to sunlight. Never eat a green potato. It can make you violently ill or even kill you. That is not an understatement. Someone in the produce department was not too swift.

I was making a play on a joke from the walmart thread....

I've actually eaten green potatoes all my life... Not quite that green but they were green. Most people just cut out the green but in reality you would have to eat several pounds of green potatoes at one sitting to get very sick. More if you were use to it. Probably a little more of a danger to little kids though.

I would eat it. I've bought shark meat (and sometimes on sale, too) and I've never had a problem with either getting sick or the meat having a bad taste.

I have eaten green potatoes before but the bad boys I am talking about are really GREEN...green on the outside, green in the middle. These are potatoes that have grown and ripened above ground. Not the ones that have been picked and later exposed to sunlight. One is enough to kill a person but will likely make 'em vomit after the first few mouthfuls. Bitter beyond anything. Though some people seem to have no sense of taste.
