Washing dogs, making chicken stew, starting to bake for a party for 80 people next weekend that I'm making desserts for (lemon tart, a huge flan, amaretto cake, ginger cake with lemon curd, lime tart with blue berries and kiwi, 2 chocolate pies, coconut/pineapple cake and something else.....haven't decided what.....) and starting chili rellenos stuffed with turkey, peppers, garlic, and fresh cojeta cheese for dinner tonight, along with refried beans, red rice, and pico de gallo.

My endocrinologist has had my thyroid dosage too low. I'm going to be seriously discussing this with him in January. A hole.

Brin, you can send all of that stuff up here to PA for us! Sounds yummy!!!!

I always brood all my chicks in the house. The only problem is the dust!

Yah, I really let ya'll down at the chickenstock. Didn't bake what I had intended. Was just too tired and now I know why.

It'll be yummy, and extremely high quality and cost my client major bucks!

I'm worried about the kitten trying to get to them. She is a little snot and doesn't listen worth a crap!

Oh, well that's a problem then.......

Can you put a hardware cloth top on the brooder? You can support it with a couple of thin boards, if the brooder is that big.

What about a squirt gun (with maybe some vinegar added to the water) to make the little snot listen?

That way you can reach out and touch her! Always amazing when they realize you can do that.

I am going to get some hardware cloth on the way home today.

Bad thing is, the water doesn't phase her, neither does the pellet gun (air soft, plastic pellets) She just looks at you like you are a re re and goes about doing whatever she was that got her in trouble. I was trying to shoot her out of the Christmas tree and she just laying in the branches and stared at me!

Put vinegar in the water gun? Maybe + a little Tabasco?

Obviously the pellets aren't hitting the little darling hard enough. I believe a a few hard corrections and be done with it and not have to nag nag nag with soft corrections.

I may have to try that. I'm sure she wouldn't like the tabasco!
