That's weird, my daughter was in school for orthodontics (pre-med first at Simmons in Boston), but she decided to take time off to do some building houses in Jamaica (her Grandfather is a Minister and hooked her up with a group that builds up towns/houses in other countries), so she's done with school till next fall...

She had a rough start, a lot of medical stuff went wrong the first month in school, and she did great but was just miserable. I was LIKE "HELL NO" when she first told me, but, I guess, at least she isn't taking off to just party it up (like I would have)...

Mine was never a go-getter, very laid back. But decided this would be good for her because she didn't want to go away from home. So far nothing lower than an 82 and loving it! She started her externship this week. So she's 3 days at college and 2 days in the dentist's office. I'm just so glad it all clicked!

I got engaged on my 19th birthday! The right thing for me but that's miles away for her! She'll graduate in April with her CDA certificate and her xray license!
