Oh, I was always nice. I know that's hard to believe, but I was always professional and "nice". Never raised my voice, never cursed. Just tell 'em like it is, as much as some of them didn't want to hear it. I got a lot of exceptional work out of my team. Dogs are so much easier to train and honest.
