A barred feather pattern, like a barred rock. It can also take on colors in the barring, blue/black, choco/black, khaki/black.

Yeah, but C. loved it at the big mall!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She said J. would've hated it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And worse yet, she's now entered in the Vera Computer System!!!!! J. is sunk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Candled my nat OE eggs today and I think I have 17 going into lockdown tomorrow! YAY! Tossed one more oozer yesterday - oddly enough, all the oozies were roughly the same color egg - kind of a pebbly khaki color. Thankfully none of the oozers smelled, but they went into baggies quickly. My one cracked egg sealed with wax is still in the running! Keep your fingers crossed that the chickie pips through or around the wax.

I'm drowning in eggs right now - brought two dozen to work yesterday and am making a pound cake today with a pile of pullet eggs. mmmmm.
