7 of 10 pips&peeps eggs have pipped under Penny the Broody Brabanter!

They are due to hatch tomorrow. Penny quite savaged my hand while I was trying to peek. She will make a very good mother. Hopefully there will be lots of silver and black Ameraucana chicks tomorrow!

just remember, Phage got 8 eggs from me the first time (she's now gotten 3 sets) and of the first set, all 8 hatched, others are still pending. and that was shipping east coast to west coast!

Hey, y'all. I gotta catch up again. The sleep schedule with these IV's is crazy and usually when I'm in the mood to chat, y'all are mostly in bed. Things will be back to normal after Wednesday of next week, though. WoooHoooo!

My update 5/5/10

Two turkeys on lockdown. Due Friday.

32/36 sizzles due Sunday. Lockdown Friday.

And 16 SF/BSF eggs added to my bator yesterday from lockedhearts. Eggs were beautifully packaged and she sent 5 extras. Bubble wrapped and double boxed, too. One was broken, so that left me with 16. I didn't candle air cells because I was too tired to see that well last night. I will do it in a few days.

So Nava, if you're out there, your babies are coming soon!! I'll put up pics as soon as they arrive. They were quite vigorous at lockdown.
