So, did the trip relieve your stress?!?!?

Hi Jen,

The trip was amazing! Your griefe (sp?) and or problems are alway here when you get back...we all know that. But somehow you have a little more room inside to continue to deal with what you left here. I was not naive enough to think I would come back all happy sunshine but you get to take a break from your reality and turn it off for a while. Then you can cope when you return. I was close to craking and now I am not so close...am I rambling? I think people who are or have been here know what I am talking about...

I know EXACTLY what you are talking about!

Did you see my post about going on a huge ship if you go? The bigger the ship the less movement over the waves. Also always try to get a room mid ship...less sway. If you can not do large scale just get away over night or for a weekend...every to a Red Roof Inn. It is still outside your reality! I would highly suggest it as a coping mechanism

We can only maintain for so long with out recharging...especially after surviving the year (or 1 1/2) from hell.
