Lovins- that was the auction I was fighting with someone for and lost out in the last minute. I whined about it last night. I don't think she closed it, Gothchick won it.

Ultra1classic- please let us know when you have more eggs available- I will try for your auction. Your silkies are beautiful!

Eventually I will win a silkie auction- maybe.

I missed out on all the fun talk this morning, darn job interferes in my BYC time. Then the sun is actually out so we worked out in the coops til dark.

Good point, Hoppy. I am running out of time for this season and auctions, while fun, can be extremely disappointing. I pretty much know who is on my list to buy from, as I know what I need to work on certain projects. Some of my favorite birds I have hatched came from members of this community. I try to be picky on the auctions I bid on, looking for people who have a reputation for quality. Unfortunatly, they are often the most competitive auctions, lol.

I have alot more people pming me for private sales than auctions-Ive been doing that-thats why I haventbeen listing auctions lately
