I thought he wanted the tax break on his pension by going to PA, but he's finding nicer property in NY. We like the snow and cold so not an issue Would just like to stay close enough to NJ to drive back, he still has family here. Which is crazy 'cuz they are 20 minutes away and we haven't seen them in 3 months!

actually Logan seemed like a good kid
He's a very good kid just a 13yr old with hormones LOL In fact his mother works 2 jobs and can still barely afford to put food in the house-all the $ he makes from working for the family he buys his own clothes when he can :-( and buys his own school lunches..SOmetimes I want to smack his mother for being such an idiot-I mean she is divorced and her Dh left her with the house-I would have left the house and moved into an affordable appt to be able to afford things for my children. If it weren't for my sister giving him all her boys handme downs-he wouldn't have that many clothes:-( Sad really..He's on my Xmas list this year for a new pair of sneakers-size 11! He hasnt had a new pair in over a year and his are from someone else! Poor kid...My xmas budget is tight but for him-he's getting squeezed in no matter what! His father-um dead beat-he's around and will hang with him from time to time but he even asks him for gas $

I told her I would help her out and put it out there more than what she did to try and get her some $ for her house payment and xmas for her kids-she is keeping a few of those gift certifs for xmas presents but really needs the cash to pay bills this month.
She is taking offers on them-I figured if people were going to spend that money in those stores anyway buy the gift cards from her at a discount-then spend the $...
