Hey atleast he's at DHMC that's an awesome hospital. A lot better than central vermont ((too bad they don't have a vomitting smiley)) Home early from work, need to lay down the bronchitis is kicking my butt.

OK peeps I say we keep this thread going even onto the next hatch??? I am setting another and Luvins-Mary-Carrie etc..we all are really--lets just keep this party rolling? LOL

I have to ship olive E chicks next month-and Im skeered-as I have never shipped live babies. Im going to hatch out 10 extra mutt chicks to go with them for warmth and such...any ideas for those who have shipped? where can I get shipping boxes-I just need one that will fit 20 chicks??

Nat, you would not believe my night. First of all, it was hot dogs for dinner

Then I have to chase the chickens, put them all away. Then I was running late for my PT conference at school. So I broke the speed limit the whole way. Luckily didn't get caught. So I get there, and everybody is outside with sirens going off. After about 5 minutes they let us go in. Weren't in there 10 minutes when they tell us everybody had to evacuate the building immediately. So there we are standing outside with the sirens going off again, 8 fire-trucks, the whole shot. Have a mini-conference with several of his teachers on the side-walk. After about 15-20 minutes, they tell everybody to go home. Get home. DH and DS are argueing again. Get the kid in the shower, sweep and vacuum, and clean the brooder. By that time I was exhausted and went to bed. Found out today there was a fire in one of the classrooms. Don't have anymore info than that though. So as you can see, my night didn't get any better than my day went. Now it's time to make dinner again lol. Luckily today is going smoother!

BTW, did I mention that I didn't have time to change my clothes after chasing dirty chickens?
