It really is too bad a shark didn't get the SLB.

It would have been nice to know how they hatched and all. We'll probably never hear about them again. Did you notice that like 2-3 people joined BYC JUST to bid on those eggs? At least the guy that won actually posted something nice.

Brindle-I was thinking the same thing...Too bad one of the sharks didnt get them-we would have gorgeous flocks by next year

Hey everyone-

I wil be bringing how ever many split lav silkie chicks hatch to chickenstock-they will be a 1 week old at the time-what would be a fair price to sell them at? Im not into gouging, just fair priced-what would you pay for them ( if you liked silkies LOL) Also-I dont want them being man handled either-like everyone grabbing them and inspecting them over and over. I was kinda hoping that I would have them in a big transport cage and I would just grab them as they get bought-I mean like just reach in and whoever I grab is the one people get?? Am I asking too much? Ive never gone to one of these things -so I dont know what to expect??

It is no fun to really want something and not get it. Sounded like Nava really wanted these.

I am glad Phage was on the west coast and Nava on the east coast after the auction. Phage may have sustained some damage had they been closer.
