Ya know, Nat, my DH filed bankruptcy when I met him; We called every credit card and loan asking them to work something out to pay them, but were blown off by them all. So he filed. Of course after he filed, 2 of them wanted to work things out!

Wow. I am still trying to catch up. After I posted yesterday, we had company stop by and stay for a long time and I never got to respond anymore or catch up. Nat, I am sorry you all are going through this. This is also one of the "life things" I mentioned that we are dealing with. We at the point now of thinking ok, maybe it's time to call a lawyer. It's a tough decision, but I think if we could just make it and move it we'd feel better. Right now, we're still fighting it.

Sometimes I think it's the wisest thing to do. Hope things work out well for you in this.

ON TOP OF EVERYTHING, LITTLE HANDS TURNED THE BATOR WHERE MY MARANS AND WELSUMMERS WERE UP AS HIGH AS IT WOULD GO SOMETIME YESTERDAY. I DISCOVERED IT LAST NIGHT AT MIDNIGHT. TEMP WAS SHOWING 120. ALL OF THOSE ARE LIKELY DEAD. ARRRRGHHHHH. MY SON ALSO HAD A DOZEN BLACK GIANTS IN THERE. NO ONE HAS FESSED UP BUT I KNOW THEY HAD TO DO IT. THAT THING DIDN'T TURN ITSELF.

Ok so I went to view an organic farm today for sale. 90 acres 45 is useable the other 45 is wetlands. A pond, a full barn with hayloft, a chicken coop, a veggie processing building. A brand new well pump and the well does 40 gallons a minute! Brand new 200 amp trench dug electrical service, all brand new spray foam insulation. A greenhouse that is linked to the house with radiant infloor heating in place, omg omg omg omg..... MINE!!!!!

Anychance you can get it designated as a wildlife something-er-other, since you have wetlands, for a tax deductable or exemption or something? You'd have to watch runoff, but that is about it. I'm not up on the current laws, but MIGHT be worth looking into.
