So both of my BLRW's from Gretchen are roos and 1 of 3 from ILovefrizzles are roos... 3 roos 2 hens. 1 blue hen and 1 splash. Thankfully I think I have more BLRW hens in the grow out pen of 13, but now natalie I'm not sure how many. This really has been year of the rooster

Seriously I am a small Flock going into Summer is totally cool with me-now its trying to rehome 7 roos!!! No answers from here or CL...I cannot hold onto them until Chickenstock

Well I think I hatched out about 80% roosters. I hatched out 10 Orp chicks from Katy's eggs and 8 of them are roosters!

I also have 16 BLRW but I am not sure about those just yet, but there are a lot that aren't afraid of anything...boys.

I am waiting until the fall to hatch anything else.

Ok... Update on the Cotournix quail. 4 live and one poor little booner died in it's shell before I got to it. Pathetic hatch for 24 eggs. My button quail eggs are pending. I will update how many chicken eggs are going into the hatcher in a few hours.
