Aw Brindle Im sorry-I have a peanut sized SLW that doesnt seem to be growing while all it's brooder mates are 2-3x it's size--I see it's eating and such too. I just pulled them all out of the brooder-and burning that smelly sucker too today! There are 2 huge chick feeders out now-so Im hoping it will pick up its growing pace. What about seperating that little guy out just to feed it some scrambled eggs and vitamins everyday? like 5-10 minutes alone with the special treats then stick it back with others? That way he gets a better boost without being pushed to the side to get the food?
I had one that did that. I mixed poly vi sol with liquid b complex and gave them some each day. Now I have fat healthy laying hens.
