OH I am SO already there! Have 8 MFC babies hatched last summer from Bantyman, and 15 in the bator from Lynne.I live near Mark Peterson who has awesome bantam cochins, so am hoping to be able to some blacks from him for the lavendar project.

Also have a really nice partridge hen and mottled hen to improve type.

So far, I'm lovin my Silkies, banatm cochis, and my polish. My LF are Blue and Splash Orps, BLRWs, Marans, Ameracaunas. Just small numbers of these guys for eating eggs. And in the future, Silver Laced Brahmas!!!!

We've got 4 mille fleur cochin eggs in the bator on day 3 from the october egg swap. They are going to Nat when they hatch, if she wants them. I sooooooo do not need another breed. Silkies, polish, d'Uccles, and blrw's are enough. Besides, Acid keeps finding d'Uccle varieties to add, we're at 2 right now and picking up the third set at nationals.
