LOL no... no microscope.

dang I would do it for you if I had the poop? I can only look for certain types of worms or parasites with the fecal float tests though:-( I have all that stuff at my finger tips at work-

LOL OOOHHH but you know what Im talking about as far as crones and watching what you eat??

Oh heck yah...

Ok so back to the whole we give each other chicken tips thing. My OE roo Harry had mites... I have since conquered the mites with baths and frontline, he has wicked diarrhea. What do I do for this poor boy?? It's really him and Dotte, one of my favorite wyandotte hens. They both have good appetites, but are disturbingly thin and have wicked runs, I have to bathe their bums (then keep them inside) and by the next day their vents are coated again. Should I have the vet do a fecal?

Has he been exposed to A LOT of DE. I had a chicken in quarantine(due to an injury) once and I dusted it with a lot of Food DE, everywhere in coop, food etc. It had runs like water, literally like water, clear and constant within a couple days. I removed it from that coop, re cleaned it and it improved. It may have nothing to do with the DE but that was the only thing that I changed.

Hee hee, I finally caught up with you all and everyone went to bed. Phage? I need a fellow west coaster to commiserate with. You out there?

I am so excited. If all goes well, I cannot wait to see my daughter's face on Christmas morning. Thank you so much for helping me pull off her Christmas wish.

I got out of Boy Scouts tonight- my honey decided I needed a time out, lol and took him. I have an hour before NCIS (my fave show) and NCIS LA.

I hate the hershey squirts or the barfies. Icky. My assistant manager and one of my employees are sick right now. Praying the sickies do not go through my store this month. They start dropping like flies and December is just not the month.

They all have though and only these 2 are ill. I am moving them in 2 days to the new barn, less stress because they'll have more room inside at night since their secondary coop (I have 2) already got moved to the farm. I will wazine both of them, feed them yogurt and keep them inside. Clean their bums, and keep them warm. Harry still has bulk but Dotte, man Dotte is so skinny and sad looking I dont think it's the DE but anythings worth a try!
