Does she really like him that much? I will gladly trade him for another girl if you want.

No they're not! Mine travels well (except the minor car-sickness issue

So you are saying you have a large gerbil?

Mine can't stay in non doggy hotels or travel on my bike or kayak or take trips to Europe or perhaps Mexico. He's a lovable PIA. He can't let himself outside either which means I need to be here at least every 12 hours unless prior arrangements have been made. Dang dog. (He's looking at me right now reading my mind and watching me type. He may kill me later in my sleep. Nahhh, we've got calzones being delivered and one is for him.)

Basically....but she's terrified of chickens, uses a dog door, is a good foot warmer, and a loveable little turd. Which today...is more than I can say about my kids!!!!!!!!!!

ETA: the dog likes the kayak...but you then have to tolerate the smell of wet dog on the way home. EWWWWW

YESSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She'll adjust.


I was holding out until Lovinstock. Maybe someone would want the pair. Even though I have them on pellets they still make dust and my standards would eat them if I put them all together. Plus the standards free range during the day and the bantams would never survive a predator. I love them both, especially Haley, but unless I make a different pen in the barn and start a bantam/silkie flock it just doesn't make sense for me. I'll cry when they leave. Really.

We have three basic kayaks. My son (6) has a sit on top, and DH and I have plain kayaks.
