Going on looks alone, I like the first one, followed by the blue female. They showing much personality yet ?

Brindle,

They are all cuter than all get out, but I am a sucker for the "Petey" white head thing.

I wanted to tell you I was seriously considering breeding my female German Wirehaired Pointer. Came across a guy with a good male wanting a replacement pup out of his male. My female was in heat just about the time things got complicated with your guys, scared the bejesus out me, needless to say, no pups here this go round. With all the trouble you had, now looking at the results, would you do it again? Is that even an option ?

Yes, they are showing some personality, but their brains are changing until they are like 5 weeks old (I'll have to look that up). The little Blue Girl is a pistol and the Brown Boy is very confident. Fat Boy is more laid back and the Brindle Girl is just starting to really play. She was a bit of a late bloomer.

I don't know. Quite honestly the only reason we didn't abort the litter was because Bill was the Daddy. It would depend who had the accident.

Your female may whelp without a hitch no problem, but breeders always told me if you breed you need to expect the possibility of losing your female to complications, which was why I was so paranoid and took Mags in quickly. I wanted to save Mags first and the 4 lovely pups were a bonus. Right now we are down about $2000, though, total. What happened to Mags isn't too uncommon.

Getting down to mine wasn't a problem... once I set foot on the packed snow (now turned ice) I was there in no time... getting back up the hill was the problem.

Hopefully the people who take a puppy will be prepared to be fair and chip in for a quarter of your costs. They are getting some fine pups.
