Sharp-Shinned Hawk (was What is this cool little bird?)

It is a Cooper's hawk
I have 2, a pair, I believe that are resident birds year round in my backyard, (backyard is 4.5 acres) They sit on top of my pens early on the morning waiting for the wire mesh to fall off so they can get to my birds.
