Shaver white leghorns

Anyone keep these big white birds? The egg size is unbelievable, average of 65 grams (but I've gotten up to 95 grams !), and I even occasionally get two eggs from a bird in one day. I have six in my flock, and my neighbor has seven of them, but they don't actually seem to be very common. Very docile birds, tho they were battery caged when I got them (they're not quite free range now, but their coop is a palace on wild land). I'm just curious, since I really haven't seen any chat on here about them yet, or did I miss it?

I'm only 7 years late getting back to you, but I just purchased some of these white shavers, and they are laying really well. 8 hens lay 8 eggs everyday...from the first day they got here!
