I'm glad Mason hasn't decided to climb over the fence. he could get over parts of it pretty easily if he wanted. I have three different kinds of fence and some of it is shorter.
I don't dare take him out of the yard off leash. I do think he would come back to me but no telling what kind of trouble he would find himself in before he decided to come back.

My Walker could easily clear a 6' fence but didn't. She would jump straight up but never over.

I was looking it looks like maybe I was remembering the peeing on the third rail.. or perhaps they retested the electric fence later on in an episode I didn't see.

I knew I remembered them busting that at one point in time, but I have always heard stories of guys doing that and getting shocked so I wasn't sure what the deal was.
They must have retested it.

I am guessing, based on the myth busters and the English dude. A guy standing close to a fence can be shocked but unless you kneel and have a long nozzle you can’t get shocked on the third rail.

What they were testing was whether or not a person could get electrocuted. Just because the shock isn't enough to electrocute a person does not mean that it doesn't shock.
