I put everyone inside earlier today because a bad storm was blowing through. . and they both quack d up a storm.

So, I figured out where Matilda's other chick went. Someone took the egg out of the nesting box from under her, and put it in the fridge! I can't believe it, and I had marked it too! The chick had only a few days to go, so devastated and sick about it.

I know nothing about mailing burbs.

I'm not positive which one is which in the pics. . I know them by their actions and voice right now. I may have to give them zip tie bracelets

ream? as in punch? I wanted to, but held myself back. I've done enough stupid things in my life that I can't be judging others, though I was very angry. So far they are such beautiful chicks too. I have a Mille fleur and a Porcelain, spitting images of their parents!! I named them Opal and Chloe. Hopefully Matilda gives them a sibling. ( staggered hatch)
chick pictured is Chloe, before Opal had hatched. Opal had leg problems but is on her way to full recovery.
