I cant get good enough pics for entering anything either...

Any chance of buying a duckling for a buddy?

I don't know.
If I were to locate one at a feed store or something it will probably be a giant compared to a newborn. Wonder if that would even work out. At least I'm off work right now so I can mostly keep it company until it's big enough to go outside with the others. or I could steal one of Janes babies for it to snuggle. . wonder if that could work.

I wonder how terrified it would be. . Hum. I don't want to traumatise the poor little thing. But I bet the call ducklings would be about the right size now to be in with it once it gets its legs under it.

The little yellow and black one has a quiet little peep, the other one is loud but raspy sounding.. is this normal? does it indicate sex?
