One of the funniest things Howard used to do was steal worms from robins in the yard. The Cayuga girls have learned to do it too. So funny! These didn't have a worm to steal but they got chased anyway
It sounds just like she says HA HA when they fly away very proud of herself.

Mine had a stare down with a deer this morning. My Buff was making one Sybille quacks which usually means something amiss. I figured a squirrel till I saw the deer. They were all very interested in her and her them.

I'm sure they are happier when there is two. But I don't think that's why it died. I had a single parakeet that lived a really long time.

That is true. They are. I'm glad you had a single parakeet that lived a long time. Those little birds have super long life spans.
