Sorry to interrupt, but what the heck is creamed spinach? That sounds absolutely vile. Sounds like Spinach Protective Services might need to be called in.

I had to use Frozen spinach, You mix butter, flour, 1/2 & 1/2 cream and cream cheese together, heating it until it's a cream and add in the spinach! It is really good, but high calorie.
