I had to use Frozen spinach, You mix butter, flour, 1/2 & 1/2 cream and cream cheese together, heating it until it's a cream and add in the spinach! It is really good, but high calorie.Sorry to interrupt, but what the heck is creamed spinach? That sounds absolutely vile. Sounds like Spinach Protective Services might need to be called in.
