She’s on stilts!

What is she? 10.5 weeks old in the picture, mostly white with small black splashes and a single comb. She’s like a sphynx chicken sitting among her peers.

Difficult to tell without her standing and without knowing where you got her from. I would guess something like Shamo or Aseel or maybe modern game. Or a cross involving one of those breeds.

I got her from another farm. They didn't want to sell me hatching eggs and tried to persuade me to buy chicks instead and were kind of cagey about what kind of birds they keep. I got several wyandottes and a naked neck from the hatch. They look like they are probably purebred, but no guarantee of it nor of this one.

She's actually quite beautiful, in my opinion. Probably a modern game cross-- the tail is way longer than they should have. She looks more like an American game except for those long legs.

Thank you. I like her a lot, too. She survived the chick screening process when I sold some even though I usually have a preference for chicks from my own flock. And I've put her up for sale numerous times and she hasn't sold, so ... she gets to stay.

She's very exotic looking and handsome. I'm glad she has a nice home!
