You pop a hole in one end, and one in the other, and then blow it out...it can be hard to get the white out...its a bit, "thicker"...congrats!

If you have never blown an egg before you might want to practice on another egg first. Also try to scramble the yolk with a thin skewer or something similar it make it much easier to blow. I make a small hole in the pointy end and a larger hole in the large end ~ blow into the smaller hole. I use the sharp needle from a meat injector syringe to make the holes.

I would make a hole in the large end of the egg, insert a straw until it touches the small end and blow. The egg fills with air and forces the contents out. You kinda gotta hold it almost vertical with the hole end down, so a bendy straw works best. Congratulations!
