She had her babies!!! updates with pics

I will post pictures as soon as I get "good ones" But my American Bulldog had her litter last night (from 9:30 to 3:30am). There are 10 little ones that all seem to be doing fine.

That's a lot of little mouths to feed - but I'm sure she's glad to have all those little squirmers OUT rather than IN!

Give her some extra kibble and a pat for a job well done!

She is a very good Mother. The last litter that she had (about 2 years ago) was 12 and she fed them all herself!

She gets lots of eggs and cottage cheese and yogurt to keep her fat up to make good milk.

It is funny she will run outside to "use the facilities" and then run back in and recount / check her babies.
