She is a he? Help!

My girl is much bigger than her/his sister's and is kind of a bully. She/he is approx. 12 weeks old. Thoughts? First time chicken owner here.

That is a boy, without a doubt. If you look at the first picture, you can see the pointy saddle and hackle feathers. Plus that is a lot of comb for a 12 week old.
