She will just add the straw to her nest. Let her. She knows what she is about. A bit of poo in the hut would be normal. Within a few days of hatching her ducklings out she will move them and you should clean that nesting area out at that time. The bottom layers of that nest will have gotten pretty gross and she won't want to keep the babies in there long.
