She just up and died

just out of the blue one of my polish hens(just turned 1year) died on the roost last night.
No puncture wounds no signs of scuffle, she was laying under the roost with legs straight back.
The coop is Fort Knox at night anyway so NOTHING got at her and there were no peck wounds.
No bugs anywhere on her or other.
She was the lowest ranking and always seemed left behind, in fact she was named speedy because she was always so slow.
Probably will never know but RIP Speedy.
