I found out what color she is.

she is a Wheaten OEG Bantam Hen.

Sorry she would not sit still outside the cage she kept jumping at the window.

She has the leg mites, also her toe nails are so long that they are curling.

I think you can cut her nails, just like would a small dog. The poor little dear! It looks like she'll be getting lots of love now.

That looks like leg mites to me. You can also make a past of Sevin and vaseline to coat on the legs. Bag balm, diaper cream, vaseline anything like that will work to coat the legs. Good luck, She sure is prettty.
