Day 6 update on filthy, porous, detached air cell ameraucana eggs shipped from an eBay person in Florida. I left a negative review, as much as one can do only using 80 characters.

Out of a dozen eggs there are 2 that show growth and an embryo moving. 1 has a blood ring. The rest are clear. No surprise, huh. I will remove duds on day 10. Seems like an awful waste of time. I will commence turning tomorrow day 7.

I'll be sending @chicapee eggs in a few days to make up for her awful batch... I encourage her to post pics and updates...

I didn't like hearing about that either... thank you, but nothing noble about my offer... just a proponent of paying it forward... I got lucky on my starter stock, not all the best but really good stock to work with...

Ok, I will continue with the chicken game as names come to me. If you guys have better ideas, I'm all for it. Silkie will give the sweet breeds you resemble, I will try to find a breed to match the personality, for instance:
NT Butcraq would be a guinea. Likes to hang out with the chickens, but really just looks funny and makes a lot of noise
