She said/He said Who's right? Who's wrong? No one!

Speaking of Foxes, does anyone know what could take the bait out of a havahart trap several nights in a row without tripping it, then one night trip it while taking the bait, but remain a free critter?

Whatever it is also scaled a 7 foot fence and killed two hens, taking one body away and leaving part of another.

It works exclusively at night.   We have caught a few opossums, but not this thing.

Coons are excellent at that... might be a coon...

ok all I did was see the add you went digging that's gross . SC post some more chicken pictures so we can get those things gone.

My bad. Star peg in a round hole and all. . .

Yes. Remember, I was "elevated"
You're kidding. I was so pumped about that movie that I put off seeing it until I was extremely elevated. Must say, I was disappoint. Probably a great flick, think I just built the visuals up in my head too much. I was very young.

Um, considering the current conversation, I'll pass

depended on what elevator you used. The paper elevator was the wrong choice...

A coon? A weasel?

I didn't know we had weasels around here. Turns out we do according to google. Hmm. . .

I was also thinking coon, but I'm really out of my element.

Whatever it is can rip the feathers from a roos tail, but can't catch them if they have room to run.

I'm thinking about a spotlight and a rifle.

Sounds familiar... mine are different lines than ones around here... most came outta NJ...
I know Leoma... couple of good breeders there... especially the Wheaten/Blue Wheaten Am breeder...

I think they posted on CL this spring Paul Smith lines straight off the farm. don't know much about names Mashburn has Davis and that other big name Is it jean something or other . only know I was sick of not hatching shipped eggs found him on Ebay drove down and picked up my eggs ran the bid up just to do it very nice guy. lots of extras .If I was to get out side eggs I'd have to plan on it set tonight so they won't hatch Labor day daughter doesn't like being in charge incubators will be full again. need to work on coops now. Only have 8 hens and two roos should have pullets laying end of Oct .but I do like the sound of different lines. both my roos go back to the same lines the other came from ILL. saving him for my pullets. .
