Lost my Malposition hatch.

. Very sad i should have done more to assist it i think. Waiting on 3 more eggs. Out of the 14 that went into lockdown- just lost the malposition, and 10 have hatched.

Wow! 10 is great so far, good luck with the last 3. Some just aren't meant to make it, so don't feel bad about the malpositioned one. I know its sad, but mother nature has her reasons

So sorry to hear that. I was about to ask why it still has the shell top on. At that point I get a bunch of wet cotton tips and peel the top shell off and leave the chick in the bottom half. Just an idea if you run into wanting to do another assist.
