She said/He said Who's right? Who's wrong? No one!

I have the same problem with my incubator it's hard to get under the wire with chicks and ducks and eggs in it without taking everything out of incubator and putting it all back in.

Question -,I have tried in the baby duck coop to put down diatomaciuse earth in baby coop and cinnamon down. It gets so wet and muddy in there. Dirt floors . It will not stay to keep ants out of that coop. Older ducks have part side walk and part dirt floors it's a little better. How much of it do we need to continue to use. On a daily bases .to support all my coops. 5 lb just yoused it covered all but one coop. If you or cleaning regular your wasting it.less then 24 hrs later.

I have to keep it wet and spray when it's hot. Not so much when it's cold. To dump there pool it gets really wet. And off course there endless water play.

Personally, I would put down rocks, then cover with dirt to allow for better drainage. Also, if possible, work out dumping the pool outside of the pen. I wouldn't bother with putting down DE like that, it isn't going to do anything if it's wet, anyway.

It's trying to get enough of it. To go in to the coop. We have to put a fountain to spray water into the coop. It gets to hot in our heat in summer the big one 89.99 + 35.05 shipping charges. For 40 + birds. Problem there all in different areas. So it would work on adult chicken area. There only 90.00 from eggs donations. Partner will have to do the rest. Have to ask on other stuff.

72 inches x 98 inches x69 inches approximately in baby coop ducks to work with. I can't lift pool enough to take it out of there. I try to pour what I can ground not level.

I'm just starting with ducks this year and that's a great idea! I'm making a mental note of that. :)
