It is, and the kicker is, no one knew sparklers were illegal in NY...lol I kid you not. The convienent stores sell them and they even sold them at the fireworks at the fair ground, for as long as I can remember. But our glorious (I say that with sarcasm) Gov. Cuomo decided to sign a bill making it legal....but...the counties have to ok it as well....
