If that be the case, then I think I 99% blue.My def of blue is anyone who sets their eggs and doesn't do anything more than the 7/14/18 day candle and hands a hands off philosophy after lockdown. SC doesn't accept the day 7/14 candle.....lol

The LG 9300 is the death trap. AmyLynn uses the older 9200, and it's not as bad, but still has fluctuations. The 9300 is horrible. I don't know what they did differently, but that thing should be recalled. Sub $100, I would look for a still air HovabatorWhich one is the "death trap"? I would like to keep the price tag under $100. A broody duck would probably work better but I dont have one![]()
It's still air instead of forced but: http://incubatorwarehouse.com/hova-bator-starter-combo-kit.html?gclid=CLGv7e6CkscCFQ6RHwodYBEIrwWhich one is the "death trap"? I would like to keep the price tag under $100. A broody duck would probably work better but I dont have one![]()
Nope. Any candling other than lockdown is purple at a minimumMy def of blue is anyone who sets their eggs and doesn't do anything more than the 7/14/18 day candle and hands a hands off philosophy after lockdown. SC doesn't accept the day 7/14 candle.....lol
@RubyNala97 there are a few that I have looked at. I tried posting screen shots but having problems posting pictures. So the one on ebay is a Universalwant that holds 48 eggs and theres one at Family Farm & Home is by Farm Innovators that hold up to 4 dozen. I am thinking the one at FFH because I can get it today. Or there is a Little Giant Still Air that holds 59 large eggs.
I'm not positive but I think one of their biggest design flaws is that probe that hangs down for the thermostat. From what I've gathered, any movement from that thing causes your major fluctuations. And just about everyone that I have seen that use them has to set the thermostat at least a degree (I've seen up to 3) higher to get the actual reading to be right inside the bator. The LG 9300 is the death trap.
