This is what I wish I had done, but I had no idea what it would grow into when I started. Speaking of that, guess what I just found...pics of my first coop and chickens ever![]()
Most of you guys have seen my setup. Back yard full with 7 pens and 130 chickens, give or take a few. Remember I told you the green silkie coop with the pink shutters was my original coop? The entire operation? Here is that coop, 6 years ago, with pullet pics of Lizzie, Maude, Nell, and Susan. Almost brings a tear to my eye:
I can't believe it, my original girls. Nell, the last of the originals, died last year
That coop is now home to about 30 silkies![]()
How many of them?
BYC!!!!the only way to take apart a pallet is have someone else do it .what's so hard about that.

If you still can't find one when you get back home, post 2 candling pics with light going in the side, one with each end pointed up... will give my best guess... sometimes shape, shell striations or yolk suspension can help figure it out...I was thinking the same thing @RavynFallen. I checked before I left the house and still cant find one.
Too many windows and barn doors today...BYC!!My back is better, thanks for asking. "It" has moved. lol Sorry about yours!
I double up on the Tylenol and wash it down with some Ibuprofen, followed by a stiff, woody cocktail and a good long nap(you might prefer something light and bubbly, though).

The problem isn't the doors and windows, it's who opened them. I'm not one to shy away from a window, but something just didn't feel right...

You dug the hole and waited to see if I would step in...I agree... notice I only aimed comments at you?![]()
