At least 1 of the big ducks started laying... we now have duck eggs for eating!

Awesome! My newer ducks started laying a few weeks ago too. Wonderful pastries and custards are on the horizon!

Looks good! So, thay are day 18 too, right? If so, then that bit at the bottom of the egg is the space still left for growth... remember, they still have 10 days of development left...

I wasn't sure if it was breached and that's why I only saw movement at the bottom. Never seen gray

Bottoms always look kinda funky to me, but if you see movement then I wouldn't worry... for duckies soon!!!

Good laugh in here at the minute.

I might have accidentally un Broodied my hen, moved her and the eggs to a new coop as I'm still loosing eggs in the one she was in and don't want to loose all the chicks as they hatch again. Hopefully she will return to sitting on them and finish the hatch.
