yes I would like all the help I can get. I have another incubator going with 22 duck eggs in it so I need to learn all I can with these. ..lol
and I just made a little hole so air could get in.

Ok so you made a hole did you happen to smel inside.


The dark egg is a different egg... she made a safe hole in the one internally pipped...

Ahhhh so we got two eggs left one with a safe hole and one hasn't been touched. Ok need to smell the one that hasn't been touched. If it's rotten and it decides to. EXPLODE all eggs will be ruined.
 
Did he feel sticky or did your fingers feel sticky at any time
I didn't handle him too much I didn't want him to catch a chill. I had him wrapped in a warm cloth and put him back in the incubator quickly. but I did not feel anything sticky. he was wet of course and I had to wet the membrane with warm water to get it off of him.

it wasn't rotten when it went into lockdown I could see slight movement. but when I candled it tonight it was so dark except for the air sac I couldn't make anything out. there is no foul smell coming from the incubator.
