She still so small

My little baby is still so much smaller than the rest but she is able to walk and defend herself now so I have her with the rest. Even her feathers are less developed. What could have caused this to happen?

They are so adorable!!! So she is like the premature one of the flock. I bet she will turn out to be the chiuawawa, tiny with a strong character. LOL

Perhaps the others are more aggressive at hogging food? She might be the most docile one.
