She was fine, then one day wouldn't stand

I have a small hen that did the same thing. She walked fine until she was a month old. She started limping, then lost all use of her legs. I have researched a bit and found she might have Marek's disease. She is isolated from the rest of my flock. I hand feed and water her. Her appetite is good. She is now 10 months old. I don't have the heart to put her down. She is my "special needs" chicken. I thought I would just let nature take its course, but so far she is bright eyed and such a sweet little hen and continues to live despite the odds. It may be neurological. I just don't know.
