what is apple cider vinegar and yogurt good for? mine didnt really care for the yogurt when i offered it to them.

I put 1 tablespoon of ACV per gallon of water.
My new girls inspected the boxes and sat on eveyone elses eggs for a few days before laying. Hope she perks up!
 
Hi my chickens are all ill too. Took her to the vets yesterday and they gave me "Flubenvet" She was just sat in corner with mouth open and struggling to breath, she was fine on the morning. Hope all goes well. ps ive been using Apple Cider Vinegar too

I had a roo act just like this but maybe even worse because he truly looked like he would not make it through the night. He was fine in the morning and by evening he was barely moving! I brought him inside gave him vitamins and an antibiotic just in case and by the next morning he was back to normal!!! I have no idea why but I am curious how you just had the first day of less heat and that is exactly how it was for him. We had 100 degree temps and the day he acted like this was only 80 degrees but it was the first day of cooler weather after the heat wave we had. I am not sure if that has anything to do with either of ours or not but it was strange!
He has been fine ever since and no further episodes like this at all!
