I saw this one pick in your folder and was really interested in what this is? It looks like a roost. Do you have any with more details?

I don't but I can explain. It's so hard to take a picture of the inside. 3 10ft roosts. 2x4 turned wide side up, about 12 inches apart.

I may have to use this in mine, unless I can figure out how to hand the branches I found down by the river. Some where I read that they like to roost in trees so I got them some branches (more natural) but haven't figured out yet how to hang or mount them. Something will come to me soon i'm sure.

We made them removable. They just slip into a slot so when I need to clean the coop we can just pop them up and out. Its a little redneck looking but it works!

I have seen something like this but I think they mounted a wide board underneath to catch the droppings and make clean up easier. I guess if you attach a lip to each side of the wide board under the roosting bars you can cover the board with fine sand for ease in scooping the droppings. Hey that sounds like an idea... I'll have to brain storm that one.
